How we show up together.

Our learning spaces work because everyone helps hold them. These are the guidelines we ask every participant to bring into the room.

Lead with curiosity. Assume good intent and ask before concluding.
Speak from experience. Use "I" statements and share your own perspective.
Make room. Notice who's speaking and who isn't, and share the space.
Stay in it. Discomfort is part of growth; lean in rather than away.
Protect confidentiality. What's shared in the room stays in the room.
Honor limits. Some tools won't work when the harm is too great — and that's okay to name.
