This two-hour workshop applies a culturally-responsive, inclusive framework to navigating challenging conversations, mediating tense scenarios, and fostering understanding with opposing viewpoints.

In this interactive session, we will:

Define conflict and its role in developing workplace culture
Assess your organization or community's current approach to conflict
Learn how to create a safety plan
Practice effective communication techniques
Understand the scope and scale of conflict
Practice finding points of agreement or understanding
