This two-hour interactive workshop provides foundational elements of how racism and systemic oppression operate in workplace policies and relationships. It provides skills and tools to identify microaggressions and talk about racial bias.

In this interactive session, we will:

Build shared language for race, racism and equity
Understand how racism shows up in hiring, feedback, promotions and everyday culture
Learn the difference between intent and impact
Assess your team or organization's current approach to equity
Practice speaking up when you notice harm
Leave with one change you can make on your team

Who is this workshop for?

Anyone who wants a clear starting point for anti-racism at work. You don't need any experience with this topic. Managers, HR teams and individual contributors are all welcome.

Is the cost per person, or per organization?

Pricing is per person. For teams, group and sliding-scale pricing is available — contact us for a quote.
