While our foundational workshop introduces core concepts and basic techniques, the 201 level provides advanced frameworks, extended practice time, and tools for addressing systemic and complex conflicts. The 201 workshop is longer (3 hours vs 2 hours), includes more interactive case studies, and offers more personalized feedback on your conflict facilitation approach.
