  • This workshop really brought conflict to light for me helping to see it from a different perspective, but also to understand what people say regarding the conflict. I have been working through some conflict in my job and this workshop has helped me to validate what some people say and hear it from their voice. This doesn't mean they are 'right' or 'wrong' but that there is more than one version of the conflict. I highly recommend it for everyone!

  • While our foundational workshop introduces core concepts and basic techniques, the 201 level provides advanced frameworks, extended practice time, and tools for addressing systemic and complex conflicts. The 201 workshop is longer (3 hours vs 2 hours), includes more interactive case studies, and offers more personalized feedback on your conflict facilitation approach.
