These policies will aid users determine how Reclamation Ventures LLC fulfills orders and payments made by credit card via the payment processor Stripe.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions, either therein or in a separate written contract. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing laws.
Fulfillment Policy
At Reclamation Ventures, we ensure that the services we provide are satisfactory. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we take all complaints about the services we render very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the "Policy") informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to our services purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and our requirements. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.
Delivery Policy
At Reclamation Ventures, we provide educational workshops and related services. We deliver our services to clients via electronic and in-person means pursuant to our client's enrollment.
Non-Refundable Enrollment Policy
ALL ENROLLMENTS FOR SELF-PACED OR LIVE VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
By completing your enrollment in any Reclamation Ventures workshop, course, or program, you acknowledge and agree that:
All payments made are final and non-refundable
No partial refunds will be issued for any reason
This policy applies to both self-paced and live virtual workshop formats
Your enrollment may not be transferred to another individual without express written consent from Reclamation Ventures
Exceptions
Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may, at our sole discretion, consider exceptions in the following limited circumstances:
If the service has been canceled by Reclamation Ventures prior to its commencement
If required by applicable law
Please note that the following situations do NOT qualify for refund consideration:
You changed your mind about the service
You were aware of the workshop format before enrollment
You did not participate in or complete the workshop
You no longer have time to participate
You have technical difficulties that prevent participation (we will work to resolve these issues)
Cancellation Policy
The following are to note:
Once enrollment in a Reclamation Ventures workshop has been completed, cancellations are not permitted
Program Abandonment
If after repeated attempts by Reclamation Ventures to facilitate your participation or provide the Services, Client fails to participate, or becomes otherwise unresponsive to Reclamation Ventures' communications and such continues for a period of thirty (30) days, the enrollment will, at the option of Reclamation Ventures, be considered abandoned, whereupon Reclamation Ventures will retain all payments made, and Client hereby provides agreement to such forfeiture of any amounts paid for the Services.
Administrative Fee
The following are to note:
In the rare event a refund is approved (at our sole discretion), all refunds are subject to a 7% administrative fee.
